適用範囲 (第1条): 当社（道楽株式会社）が提供する宿泊、ツアー・アクティビティ、飲食店（冬季限定寿司レストラン含む）の利用全般に適用されます。個別規定がある場合は、個別規定が優先されます。

予約・支払い・禁止事項 (第2〜4条): 正確な情報の申告が必須です。法令・公序良俗に反する行為、近隣・他者への迷惑行為、無断での営業・撮影目的利用、反社会的勢力との関わりを禁止します。

損害賠償・利用停止 (第5条, 第25条): お客様の故意・過失による施設・備品の損害は賠償請求の対象となります。規約違反や迷惑行為があった場合、予約取消や即時退去を求めます。

各事業規定 (第6〜19条):

宿泊: チェックイン/アウト時間の遵守、定員超過の禁止、指定場所以外での禁煙。

ツアー: ガイド指示の遵守、安全管理のための参加拒否（飲酒・体調不良等）。

寿司レストラン: 冬季限定営業、アレルギー事前連絡（完全除去の保証なし）、未成年者への酒類提供禁止。

免責事項 (第22〜24条): 天災・豪雪・停電などの不可抗力による変更・中止、および所持品の盗難・紛失について、当社に故意・重過失がない限り責任を負いません。

Bookings, Payments & Prohibitions (Arts. 2–4): Accurate information is required. Prohibited actions include law violations, disturbing neighbors/others, unauthorized commercial use, and association with anti-social forces.

Damages & Termination (Arts. 5, 25): Guests are liable for intentional or negligent damages. Contract breaches or misconduct will result in booking cancellation or immediate eviction.

Service Rules (Arts. 6–19):

Accommodation: Adherence to check-in/out times, strict capacity limits, no smoking outside designated areas.

Tours: Compliance with guide safety instructions; refusal of service for intoxication or illness.

Sushi Restaurant: Winter-only operations, prior allergen notice required (allergen-free cannot be guaranteed), no alcohol service to minors.

Exemptions (Arts. 22–24): The company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, heavy snow, etc.) or lost/stolen belongings, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

退去措置・免責 (第16条, 第20〜21条): 近隣苦情や規約違反に対し改善が見られない場合は退去させます。自然環境（積雪・凍結・野生動物等）や不可抗力による事故について当社は責任を負いません。

House Rules (Arts. 3, 5–9):

Timing: Unauthorized late check-outs incur extra fees.

Smoking: Prohibited everywhere except designated areas (includes e-cigarettes; violation cleanup/restoration fees apply).

Pets: Permitted only in designated pet-friendly plans.

Fire & BBQ: Must strictly follow designated areas and rules; operations will be suspended during severe weather (strong winds, heavy snow).

Garbage & Quiet Hours: Proper waste sorting required. Late-night noise, parties, and disturbing neighbors are strictly banned.

Damages & Left Items (Arts. 10–12, 18): Guests will be charged for damage, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning. Left items are kept temporarily before disposal.

Eviction & Liability (Arts. 16, 20–21): Failure to comply with noise warnings or house rules will result in immediate eviction. The facility is not liable for natural hazards (snow, ice, wildlife) or force majeure unless negligent.
