- If I haven’t decided on my hotel at the time of booking, will the pick-up be at the station?

Even if you haven’t chosen a hotel when you book, please send us your hotel details via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram by the day before the tour. We will pick you up at your preferred location.
- What is the cancellation fee?

- Where should I have lunch?

Your guide will take you to a restaurant that matches your preferences. Nagano is famous for Wagyu beef, soba noodles, fresh vegetables, and fruit. Enjoy local specialties you might not find in the city.
- Can I join the tour alone?

We accept bookings for groups of two or more.
- What if I want to start the tour later?

Please let us know your preferred meeting time by the day before the tour (via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram), and we will pick you up then. If you prefer a late start, we recommend our “1-spot” tour option.
