Chef
After graduating from culinary school, he worked at French and Italian restaurants in Tokyo. He then returned to his hometown in Akita Prefecture, serving as a Sous Chef at a local hotel. After leaving that position, he became the Executive Chef at the Yonezawa Excel Hotel, followed by a tenure as Executive Chef at the White Hotel Grand Hakuba. During his career, he also worked in Uzbekistan as a candidate for the position of Presidential Chef.
