Cancellation fees are calculated based on the following rules:
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled on the event day or later.
A 80% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled 1 day before the event or later.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled 2 days before the event or later.
A 30% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled 4 days before the event or later.
